Order Handling and Processing

Please kindly understand that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. In general, the succesful orders placed before noon are picked, packed and shipped within the same business day and the orders after noon is shipped the next business day after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing and handling times may vary due to conditions of postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for calculated shipping rates. We offer different shipping options for fastest and cheapest deliveries based on best practices in the marketplace. Although we do not commit to the below please find some of the examples from our shipment profile:

  • 2 Day - Less than 1lb. - $9.90
  • 2-5 Days - Less than 1 lb. - $5.90
  • 3-8 Days -Less than 1lb. - $4.90

Free Shipment

From time to time we may set some thresholds (price, weight, destination, product etc.) for free shipments. Please follow us closely for related offers and incentives.

Local delivery

We do not have a local delivery or in-store pickup options.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to several countries. From time to time we keep the right to exclude some countries to ship.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@monetoileus.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
